Yes, if you use a dockerized program that supports a software profinet master/slave stack then this is possible.
Hilscher itself is not providing such a software stack, but CODESYS does. CODESYS can be Profinet master/slave on standard ethernet port of raspberry, on netPI CORE3 and also netPI RTE 3.

Is it also possible to use the real time ethernet ports as normal ethernet ports? So that i have 3 "normal" ethernet ports on the RTE3?
