Ok and are you sure nobody else has ever used your netPI and changed the login? So was it a fresh device?
But anyways ... if the user name and password are not known any more then the only chance to return back to normal factory reset state is to use an USB stick and unzip one of the two images included in this file https://www.hilscher.com/fileadmin/big_d..._V1220.zip to the stick. The image depends on the type of netPI you have. A CORE device without industrial Ethernet or an RTE device with.
In the FAQ section here https://www.hilscher.com/applications/pr...ing/netpi/? you will find what else to do with the stick to update/recover software on netPI.
