netPI not found in network, unable to ping
#1
Greetings everyone,

I have the following problem: I am trying to use the netPI, however I can't connect to it in any way. Neither via browser, nor pinging the hostname, nor in the windows network environment. It just can't be found anywhere.

The SYS and POW LEDs are on, and the ACT LED is blinking. The ERR NS LED is constantly red.

I connected other devices using the same ethernet cable, so that shouldn't be the issue.

Since this device is not "out of the box" I am thinking that maybe a previous user messed some settings up?

I would like to reset to factory settings, however all the relevant posts that I could find in this forum contain dead links, so I don't know what to do.

Thank you for helping!
