Hi,
we are developing an ethercat master based on the ComX 100 on our CN.
The dpram of the ComX 100 is seen by the HOST directly on the bus with direct parallel access, with normal reading/writing in memory.
Once sent the configuration of an ethercat network to the ComX by downloading the ENI file, the ethercat master firmware on the ComX creates the map on the input and output areas of the objects of the various nodes on the network.
Is it possible to query the ComX firmware by the HOST, through some command on the dpram, to know this mapping?
The only way we found at the moment is to export with the SYCON app the CSV file of the configuration, process its content and send it to HOST.
Other solutions?
Thanks
