Well, you have to learn how to build a Docker container on a standard Raspberry Pi yourself in a kind of self-study process. There a millions of documentation for developers available on https://www.docker.com/. And also there are a lot of tutorials also available helping out.
This is forum is not made to teach people how to create and build own containers. The forum assumes that someone who buys a netPI and want to use Docker techniques has a good basic understanding of Docker and Containers.
I just can add one thing for helping you. In year 2017 I made a video that shows how to make a container image on a standard Raspberry Pi that is later used on a netPI ... maybe this helps you https://youtu.be/MUep8mi3YVY. But more I cannot help, you have to teach yourself.
Thx
Armin
