Hello Armin,

I received my netPi a few weeks ago and when I tried to start it yesterday, I faced exactly the same problem as bfjp.


You can check the picture I attached, it is the same error message during recovery.

It is a NIOT-E NPI3 51-EN-RE, model variant = 32HE
date code : 21/07
part nb: 1321.502

Could you please confirm that it is not possible to solve the problem on my side ?

And then could you please tell me the procedure to return the product ?
