Pi + netHAT + NodeRed + EtherCAT

For integrating a custom measurement device via EtherCAT, we are planning to use a Raspberry Pi equipped with netHAT.

Is there any way to have communication integrated into an existing Node-Red project, so that we can send commands and receive sensor values via EtherCAT?

Any help or suggestion is highly appreciated.

Hi there,

I am sorry to say that there is not such an integration/node for netHAT in Node-RED available.

We see netHAT as an extension device for studying our netX51 industrial network controller and since it is an embedded controller we provide just low level examples coded in C for it.
