do you mean netPI's standard portainer? Or do you have portainer running inside the container?
If you mean netPI's standard portainer then this will never work in bridge mode. The container's readme says
So your created "cifx0" inside the container cannot be seen on netPI's host ... where portainer is running. This is encapsulated and protected by Docker techniques.
