443 port issue - LucioFiam - November-19th-2022

Hi,

I need to access to my EdgeGateway from remote site but unfortunately the 443 port is closed, just the 80 is open. So the browser shows a FORBIDDEN messages when I try to connect to the EdgeGateway; also if I try IP:80 because 443 is closed

It's possible to change some web-server configurations of EdgeGateway in order to use other port instead of 443?

Well first of all you should tell us which Edge Gateway you are using? We cannot guess the device.

Then please also tell us the software version that is running on your device.

Thank you
Armin

And after you told us the correct device name I am able to shift this post to the right position in the forum. Right now it is listed under "netHAT" which is not an Edge Gateway by the way.

RE: 443 port issue - LucioFiam - November-21st-2022

Hi, the device is netIOT Edge Gateway NIOT-E-TPI51-EN-RE (Connect) V1.2.1.0

You can use the web server in the device under the menu entry "System > Port Settings" to change the used ports 80 and 443 to any other one you want.

Armin
