SD card on NIOT-E-NPI3-51-EN-RE - Lingyue - March-4th-2020
Dear Armin,
Our customer said he want to install software with the DIC Installer tool, but failed. He found out that the SD card on netPI was broken, so he mirrored the SD card and then copy it to a new SD card. Now netPI is ok, but can not access to Docker. Accessing Docker, the display interface has uploaded attachment. Please help me analyze what is the reason.

What is DIC installer tool? I don’t know this tool. What exactly has he done?

My recommendation is to use USB stick and restore the software with the new SD card.

Hello Armin,
Thanks for you reply. The customer said DIC (Date Interface Controller) is our product netPI. He just relpaced the SD card and actived CODESYS license.
