How can I run a Windows OS on the netPi? Is it possible with a Docker Container?

The following OS systems are available on a netPI in an OEM version which comes not with a sealed SD card:

The netPI in a standard version has a sealed SD card with Linux as fixed OS. And no there isn't any Docker Windows container available for netPI or better said Raspberry.
